Sometimes you try to exchange breakfast for family with this Western-style savory cupcakes!
Material Savory cupcakes
- 550g minced potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons fresh milk
- 12 slices of crispy bacon, minced
- 90g of Cheddar cheese chips
- Chili sauce
Step 1:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees C. Put a foil cup in the cupcake mold and then spray or spread a thin layer of butter to prevent sticking.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, mix the potatoes, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Then divide evenly into the molds, pressing down. Bake for about 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs and milk in another mixing bowl. Add bacon and cheese.
Step 4
Compress the potatoes to the bottom of the mold with a measuring cup or glass cup.
Step 5
Place the egg mixture on top of the potatoes so that they fit in the mold.
Step 6
Bake for 13 to 16 minutes, check to see if the cake is done by putting a knife or bamboo stick / toothpick in the middle of the cake. Allow to cool and serve with chutney.
