You need to prepare the following ingredients for making two-color chocolate pudding:
300ml of old hot milk
60g chocolate
10g gelatin leaves
15g white sand sugar
Pour 150ml milk and sugar into a bowl, stir well to dissolve the sugar. Soak gelatin in water. |
|
Take about half of the soft soaked gelatin leaves and mix with milk, stir until gelatin dissolves, then pour the milk into the mold, note that you only pour about half a mold. Then put in the refrigerator to keep cold. |
|
Pour in chocolate with the remaining 150ml of milk, before you steam, or quickly spin through the microwave to melt the chocolate. |
|
Pour the remaining 5g of gelatin into the chocolate mixture, stir well until the gelatin dissolves, then take the milk from the fridge and pour in the chocolate and continue to refrigerate until the pudding is frozen. |
Note that when you pour the chocolate into the mold, the milk in the mold is slightly frozen, so it does not make the chocolate diluted and mixed into the milk pudding part below. In addition to chocolate you can also use cocoa powder instead, but the taste of chocolate will be more delicious than cocoa powder!
Wish you success and delicious with this chocolate pudding!
